These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application provided by System Research Co., Ltd., as well as the paid services (including subscriptions and lifetime plans) offered within the application.
These Terms apply to all users of the application.
Paid Services, Subscriptions, and One-time Purchases
- This app offers subscriptions that incur charges at regular intervals, such as monthly or annually (hereinafter referred to as “Subscriptions”), as well as one-time purchase plans that allow for the indefinite use of paid services (hereinafter referred to as “Lifetime Plans”).
- The fees, payment periods, and benefits associated with paid services are based on the prices displayed on the purchase screen or within this app.
Automatic Renewal and Billing
- Subscriptions (such as monthly or annual plans) are auto-renewable. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and price, and the associated fee will be charged.
The renewal charge will be processed within the 24-hour period prior to the expiration of the current subscription. - The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
There are no recurring automatic renewals or additional charges, unlike with a subscription.
How to Cancel or Terminate Your Service
- You must cancel your subscription (stop automatic renewal) yourself via the management screen of the OS platform you are using (Apple ID or Google Play account).
- Please note that deleting (uninstalling) this app from your device or deleting your in-app account will not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Even if you cancel during the validity period, you may continue to use the paid service until the remaining period expires.
Please note that no refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis. - The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, so no cancellation procedure is required after purchase.
Fee Changes and Refunds
- We may change the fees or content of paid services if we deem it necessary.
In the event of a change in fees, we will provide advance notice within this app or on our official website. - We do not accept refunds, cancellations, or changes for paid services (including subscriptions and Lifetime plans) for any reason.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact the support department of the respective platform (Apple or Google) directly. Requests will be processed in accordance with that platform’s policies. - Please note that once the Lifetime plan has been purchased, no refunds—whether full or prorated—will be issued, even if the service is discontinued or the app’s specifications undergo significant changes in the future. Please acknowledge this policy before making your purchase.
Disclaimer
- We shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users due to the temporary suspension of paid services or delays in the synchronization of purchase information resulting from maintenance, malfunctions, or communication network issues affecting payment systems (including payment gateways, the App Store, Google Play, and billing management systems such as RevenueCat).
Application of Standard Terms of Use
- For iOS apps: Matters not stipulated in this app’s Terms of Use shall be governed by Apple’s standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).
